Training on Child right, public speaking skills and basic life skills

Consortium of Ethiopian Human Rights Organization’s (CEHRO) in collaboration with Save the Children Ethiopia has provided a training for 48 student girls and boys on themes of child rights and responsibilities, public speaking skills, basic life skills on 25th – 26th of April at Sarem Hotel with the purpose of enhancing the students’ knowledge of child rights, responsibilities, and skills. Child rights, communication and public speaking were the primary focuses of the training. Participant students exhibited a strong willingness to participate and were resilient in their pursuit of knowledge on their rights and duties. At the end of the training, students and representatives from each school demonstrated commitment to establish a child rights club at their respective schools that can facilitate school community based knowledge and learning platform for child rights
